Refund policy

We'll ship your items as soon as possible, within 1-4 business days of receiving your order. If you are ordering plants, they are shipped direct from our greenhouse partners and can take up to 10 business days before your order is processed and shipped. In cases where your order item has been backordered, we will attempt to contact you and let you know an updated ship date. 

If your order has shipped and the tracking has not moved or has stalled, please send us an email at teamflora@florafaunaplants.com after 5 business days. 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, you will need to prepare a return shipping label, instructions will be given on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, if you receive the wrong item, or are missing items so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Cancellation Policy for workshops

Our apologies, there are no refunds for workshops. If you realize cannot attend after securing your space, we would be happy to give a credit for another workshop of your choice. While we do understand that last minute changes come up, there will be no credit offered if we are not contacted before the workshop begins that you cannot attend. If the event needs to be rescheduled for circumstances outside of our control, we will give you full credit to apply your ticket to another Plant Night of your choice. This credit will have no expiration date, and is valid to be applied to any public event as long as there is space available. 


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. If there is an issue with your plant, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. Although your new greenery is packed with love, care, and all the positive plant vibes in the universe, we are not responsible for damage caused during transit or delayed carrier shipment times. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new items. 


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
